Social\, Ec onomic\, Environmental shifts as well as the Psychological \, Spiritual\, Philosophical reflections\, contemplations\, and  meditations - of this u nexpected upheaval in human kind s existence all over the globe.         \nThe art works range from paintings in expressive abstraction \,fig urative realistic forms \, installations\,  photographic imagery    \, illustrated graphics \,  caricatures \, folk art renditions \,  a graph ic  poem and a floral arrangement . The subject and content are expressiv e of incidents\, symbolic – metaphoric forms \, glimpses of anxieties an d hope \, on the path of an unknown and uncertain future   .\nThe curren t  COVID 19  times are indeed extraordinary\,  it is showing the mirror in the face of humanity. In the COVID playground equality \, oneness and global togetherness is played in satire .  Baring to bone existential rea lities of mankind \, ripping open the shimmering veil of modern progress i t is bringing home the basic pointers –  human fragility\, ego and gree d . In pulling together what was left – as we lost a bit of our breathe \, muscle and nerve \, as we lost our loved ones \, we learned to absorb the new with more care and concern \, w e learned to be more consciousness of nature \, more aware that we are a p art of it . In the process we learned to value the our humanity\, our envi ronment and the greater creation that is beyond our comprehension.\nThis s eries of 20 paintings mark the interconnectedness of man \, animal and nat ure \, of mountains and soil \, wind and air \, fire \, water and space – all that is a part of every being . The Play of nature in its fragment ed form\, as the solid rigidness of our selves symbolically and poetically breaks forth to become a formless flow \, yet regaining itself as other e nergies . Elephant\, tortoise and a flower become one with water and wave \, with time and moon \, the mountains break forth into the wind and water disperses itself into the flowing wind .\nThese for me mark the experienc e of the pandemic wave \, to explore the energetic abstract expressions in its frozen minutes.
